Lets face it, overwork and nervous system fatigue is something we have all experienced.
In these periods it is difficult to switch off at the end of each day. This eats into our times of rest, when we could be connecting with ourselves, our family and our friends to restore our energy.
Whenever I was in these periods of work I received the common comment -
“How are you? You seem so busy, you must be doing great!”
Instead, what was actually happening was performative confidence instead of embodied self-trust.
I was working with unsustainable work and income rhythms leading to anxiety and overthinking around money.
You will know that these cycles only lead to one direction, Burn Out.
The gap between how your life looks and how your life actually feels begins to increase. It starts to become clear that the cost is more than just energy and money, the cost becomes your quality of life.

I’ve spent over a decade working in spaces where presence, regulation, and attunement aren’t optional — they’re what allow people to function, create, and connect.
This work doesn’t start with fixing or forcing change.
It starts with awareness and regulation within the body, because that’s where clarity and self-trust actually come from.
This approach comes from lived experience.
Growing up without a mother, leaning into community for support, working across music, bodywork, group-work facilitation and spending years in environments that required presence, regulation, and connection, I had to learn how to steady my own nervous system to live, lead, and relate.
Across six weeks, this awareness becomes integrated. Decisions get clearer. Boundaries feel cleaner. Presence in relationships deepens.
What once felt like something to achieve becomes something you live.
How the container works
Step 1 — Clarity and Intention
Orientate the nervous system, slow things down, and build awareness you can feel.
We set your intention and build the foundations that fit your life.
Step 2 — Embodied Recognition
You learn to notice alignment and misalignment as it happens — in the body, not just the mind.
Recognise when you are working for an external pressure or habit rather than living with your intention.
Once this becomes clear you will be amazed at ease in which you make decisions that used to stop you in your tracks.
Step 3 — Integrate into daily life
Decisions, boundaries, work, and relationships begin to move from steadiness rather than effort.
Your path towards the life that you know is possible becomes clearer.
Structure, integrity and clarity become the resting place of your regulated nervous system.

In the first session, we co-create a practice that fits your current life circumstances. Accountability is present without removing your responsibility.
“What if I invest and it’s not right?”
There is a two-session opt-out.
After the first two sessions, if it’s clear this isn’t the right fit, you can step away and receive a partial refund.
You will step away with your integrity in tact and new methods of connecting to your intention and purpose.
