Are you ready to fall back into your body?

When did you last give yourself a gift of complete connection?

One where the body and mind are working together as one. Where you finally slow down enough to build the foundation of a powerful self.
Western culture prioritises action and productivity over the need for restoration and regeneration.

Only you can make the decision to believe in yourself, and create the resource you need to be the best version of yourself possible.

What would it feel like to know that this self can have a healthy, fluid body at its core?

A woman is lying on her side on a patterned blue blanket on the floor, with her head resting on the ground and her eyes closed. The woman has dark hair pulled back, is wearing a black tank top, and has an earring in her ear. The man is wearing a sleeveless knitted top, beige pants, and has a necklace with a rectangular pendant around his neck.

What is bodywork?

Beyond the table. Into the body.

When most people think of massage, they picture lying still while someone works on them. The masseur is active while the client is passive. There is relaxation and a moment of respite from the day.

But what if you could take this feeling with you into the rest of your life? What if you could integrate what the body needs into your day to day through clear communication between body and mind.‍ ‍

This is the core of Bodywork, it is a practice where receiving restorative work, become the way in which y our body begins to function to its full potential. Where you can recognise the ways in which it functions

Working across fascia, energy lines, and structural patterns, a session with AER reaches the parts that standard massage doesn’t touch: the held breath, the braced shoulder, the part of you that hasn’t fully landed in years.

Think about when you last put your car in for a service. You didn’t wait until it completely broke down. Why do we hold our bodies to a different standard?

You don’t need an injury or a diagnosis to be here. When you listen to your body intently, you can recognise the need for work before the pain arrives.

You can begin to learn the language of your own body, learning to adapt your movements, mentality and lifestyle to live in alignment of your best expression.

What happens in a session?

You receive. The body reveals.

The body is highly intelligent and highly efficient. What you ask of it it endeavours to deliver. In this way so much discomfort is a result of active repetitive patterns.

Rather than working in fixed positions, I move you — gently, attentively, with full presence. It can feel, at first, like assisted stretching. But it’s something quieter than that. Your role is simply to receive. When you allow yourself to receive and be moved you allow your body to find painless ways of moving.

Each session draws on a blend of practices that meet at different levels of your system:

Wuo Tai / Osteo-dance  ·  Thai Yoga Massage  ·  Sonic Therapy ·

Energetic point work ·  Polarity Therapy

The work takes inspiration from traditional Thai Yoga Massage and is practiced on the floor on a supportive mat.

Receive deeply attuned bodywork and massage, promoting long lasting relaxation, pain-relief and wellbeing.

What you’ll feel is a deep whole body relaxation. What lies beneath that is something else — parts of yourself you’d forgotten about, or perhaps never fully met.

Bodywork takes you beyond your current state of being and into the best version of yourself.

Who is this for?

Your body will always benefit from an open conversation.

Our culture is oriented almost entirely towards the mind. Western society lives from the neck up — thinking, processing, producing. The body speaks quietly for a long time before it starts to shout. Exhaustion, disconnection, that low-level tension you’ve stopped noticing — these are often signals from a system that hasn’t been listened to in a while.

There’s no one else in the world who can give you a connection to your own body. That connection is yours to build. By choosing to be here, you’re already choosing to begin.

I don’t see clients as people who need fixing. I see people who are choosing, often for the first time, to really come home to themselves.

Who are you working with?
